As Indianapolis firefighters battled an intense house fire Monday, an occupant threatened to shoot them.

Crews were breaking windows to access the structure when a man threatened to "get his gun and shoot them all" if they continued, according to Fox59.

He allegedly claimed to be tryng to re-enter the home — despite heavy flames and smoke — to “get his gun” and make good on his promise.

Video showed the same person had thrown rocks at the windows earlier.

The 24-year-old was arrested for misdemeanor charges of obstructing a firefighter. He was being held in Marion County Jail.

A second man is also accused of becoming aggressive with incident commanders at the scene of the fire. He was removed from the scene, but not arrested.
