The culmination of 40+ years of experience, TEN OVER STUDIO was formed in 2014 by three friends: designers and architects focused on unrivaled design and the highest levels of client service. Since then, we have grown to nearly 30 architects, landscape architects, interior designers, and media designers whose passion is to think outside the box. When we design, we offer thoughtful, honest solutions with an emphasis on sustainability; qualities that come through in our work.

TEN OVER reflects our firm’s philosophy and goal of giving 110% in everything we do. We strive to lead by example, go the extra mile, take responsibility, and do the right thing—even when no one is looking.

Our Public Safety team possesses a strong resume and deep bench strength. Together, we have completed 150+ fire and police stations, public safety centers, training facilities, emergency operation centers, and 911 communication centers.

Just like our first responder clients, we believe in “we before me.” We know working as a team improves everything we do. We go out of our way to help others succeed, and we understand that listening, humility and empathy are some of our greatest strengths.
