Several vehicles were destroyed after a fire tore through a North Dakota department's station over the weekend.
The fire broke out at around 5 a.m. Saturday at the Glenburn Fire Department, KFYR-TV reports. Flames ravaged seven pieces of apparatus—including a tanker, a command vehicle and a light rescue vehicle—and damaged other gear and equipment inside the firehouse.
Glenburn, Lansford and Maxbass crews responded to the call, with firefighters coming from Minot Air Force Base, as well. No injuries were reported, and it took about two hours to get the flames under control.

Chief Mike Overton told KFYR that the fire is covered under the department's insurance. Neighboring departments—some as far away as Minnesota—have offered to help with calls while the destroyed vehicles are replaced.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, but Overton said it appears that it started in the station's furnace room.
