A pickup truck crashed into a Los Angeles County Fire Department station Thursday.
The accident happened just before 8:15 a.m. at the department's Station 132 in Santa Clarita, according to the Santa Clarita Valley Signal. No details were released concerning what led to the crash, and no citations were immediately issued following the incident.
The driver of the pickup truck—the sole occupant of the vehicle—was treated at the scene and refused to be taken to the hospital. No firefighters were injured in the crash.
It's not clear how extensive the station was damaged by the pickup truck. Los Angeles' Department of Building and Safety will evaluate the station in order to determine its structural integrity.
The station was open and operational following the incident, Patch Los Angeles reports. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
