First In Software

First In Software was founded by our CEO, Joey Dockins, in 2010. Joey was a Battalion Chief for Cypress Creek Volunteer Fire Department and worked full-time for Hewlett-Packard as a software engineer. Bringing his technological background to play, Joey built a mapping, routing and pre-plan tool for use in his department and, in short order, was called upon by neighboring departments to do the same for them.

Since that time, First In Software has expanded to almost 100 departments in south-central Texas and beyond. Our flagship product, Responder360 utilizes CAD Data feeds for Incident Details, GPS data streams for AVL Presentation and Occupancy Data for Pre-Plan presentation to responding units. It provides for easy management of your apparatus fleet and also accommodates mutual aid departments with administrative controls over multi-jurisdictional data sharing.
