Meeting ISO standards requires fire departments to carefully track all firefighter training hours and certifications. That point was made clear Feb. 5 when Michael Morash of Verisk/ISO joined Firehouse for the first of a two-part webinar series with Robbi King of Vector Solutions.
Don't miss the second part in the series as the Vector Solutions' team answers questions asked during the first webinar, while also showcasing the industry's leading training management system, TargetSolutions, and its unique ISO Training Tracker.
The Vector team will discuss the essential steps your department needs to take to capture every possible point, along with strategies for documenting ISO training records using TargetSolutions. This will ensure you are prepared to generate detailed reports that are perfectly structured for your next ISO review.
During this presentation, we will cover the following topics:
- Answers to some of the most critical questions raised during last month's webinar
- How to align your department’s training program with ISO training requirements
- Best practices for tracking required training, including officer and driver training
- How to leverage TargetSolutions' ready-made forms and training packages specifically designed to meet ISO standards
- Generating detailed reports with TargetSolutions that are perfectly structured for ISO's review process
