    Affton, MO, Fire Protection District, has taken delivery of a 2016 Pierce PUC 75-foot aluminum aerial. The new apparatus is built on a Pierce Dash CF cab and chassis which is powered by a Detroit Diesel DD13 500-hp engine and an Allison 400EVS-P transmission. It also features a 1,500-gallon Pierce pump and a 500-gallon water tank. Other equipment includes a SmartPower 10,000-watt generator, Gortite roll-up doors, and Whelen LED emergency lights.
