Emergency Services Software Solutions, Inc. (ESSS)

Emergency Services Software Solutions, Inc. is dedicated to providing CAD and incident documentation tools to the fire service.  These tools include data collection during an incident, notification of members via cell phone, pager, email, etc., transmission of preplan files to incident command, and documentation of all the incident data, as well as NFIRS data collection and reporting tools.

Our development staff is led by a designer with nearly 30 years experience in the software industry, working with industrial machines, real time systems, and databases.  Having experience in development of applications, GUI's for the web and Windows, services and reporting tools, we have knowledge to tackle projects of nearly any size.  We have over 15 years experience owning and operating a small business.

With 5 years firefighting experience, our team recognized a need in the fire service for a tool that could be used with minimal training that would also benefit the department by providing more accurate data in a more timely fashion.  Additionally, as a firefighter/EMT, we identified the necessity of getting information for our medical reporting tools at the hospital without interrupting the dispatcher's work while other calls may be active.

 From this background arose the seed of an idea, over six years ago, to create ESSS Dispatch.  Working with officers, dispatchers and firefighters from multiple departments, we were able to identify the critical requirements of a tool that could solve many problems at one time.
