An Irish firefighter collapsed and died after battling a car fire.
The firefighter was part of a fire crew from Lurgan station that was called to deal with a burning car, The Irish Independent reported.
Colleagues gave immediate first aid and requested an ambulance.
He was taken by ambulance to Craigavon Area Hospital but could not be saved.
Chief fire officer at North Ireland Fire and Rescue Service Chris Kerr told reporters: "It is with deep regret that I can confirm that a firefighter died suddenly while on operational duty last night. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and colleagues at this extremely difficult time."
