July 4 - An early morning fire in a storage building next to the Tower Fire Station damaged several vehicles, including a brush fire vehicle.
They were dispatched to a report of smoke coming from the Tower Ambulance building and found the storage garage next to the fire station on fire, The Northland News Center reported.
Tower Assistant Chief Steve Altenburg told Northland News they an electrical malfunction may have started the fire..
According to WDIO-TV, the fire also damaged damaged a utility vehicle and ATV.
Firefighters from Breitung, and Greenwood helped extinguish the fire.
