Wisc. Firefighter Dies After Response

A Wisconsin firefighter died this past week hours after responding to an emergency call.

Dale J. Wege, 59, responded to a medical incident with Pine Lake Vol. Fire Dept. on May 31. Hours later, he was found unresponsive at his home.

Wege, a U.S. Navy veteran, also served with Rhinelander Fire Department for 25 years, retiring in January. 

Funeral arrangements are pending.
