Passerby Calls 911 to Report WI Fire Station Fire

A pedestrian called 911 Saturday night when they saw smoke coming from the Mayville fire station.

Firefighters were called to the station just after 10 p.m.

Officials said the fire was contained to one vehicle, according to Channel3000.com.

Firefighter spent Sunday cleaning up the station, which suffered extensive smoke damage.

The department said they will continue to operate without any changes.
