Ocala, FL, Crews Rescue Man from Partially Submerged Vehicle

Ocala firefighters and police officers broke the window of a vehicle that ended up in a pond after the driver became incapacitated.

Witnesses called 9-1-1 after seeing the accelerate through an entry gate, strike the controlled access unit, and veer off the road into a retention pond, Ocala firefighters reported.

The victim, who suffered a medical emergency, was transported to a hopsital for treatment.
