    Several residents were displaced by an early morning apartment fire on Jan. 23.

    Indianapolis firefighters were called out around 1:30 a.m. and were hampered by the lack of hydrants and high winds.

    A second alarm was called and tankers responded from Decatur Township to help with water supply.
