Fire-Dex is pleased to announce the addition of Steve Quonce and Michelle Petrie to the Fire-Dex family.
We are pleased to announce that we have chosen our new RSM for T60 (NY & New England states) to fill the opening made by Jeff Koledo's promotion to National Sales Manager. Jeff selected Steve Quonce as his successor. Steve has been a Sales Rep for Fire-Dex distributors in New York state for many years so he already has a great deal of Fire-Dex product knowledge. Born and raised in Oswego, NY, Steve has been a firefighter since he was 16 years old and comes from a family full of firefighters. Steve studied Communications at the State University of Brockport and Onondaga Community College. He is married with 2 children, ages 2 and 6. With Fire-Dex's continued growth and the acquisition of TECGEN PPE, we sought a 5th Customer Service Representative. Again, we were able to grab someone who already has all their prerequisites in "Fire-Dex"; Michelle Petrie has been a sewer here at Fire-Dex since 2014, working in Turnout Assembly, and has also been serving on our Safety Committee. Michelle has an extensive background in Customer Service and recently completed her Master's Degree at Strayer University. She also served our country in the Army National Guard, the Reserves, and active duty in the U.S. Army. Michelle is married with 2 children, ages 12 and 21.
