ESSS Dispatch generates reports to support billing functions, reporting/review, dissemination of data with media, common addressing, and specialized call types. Users can run the application using an ESSS database server, or may opt to use their own in-house data servers.
All data specific to patient identification is fully secured within the database, and is available only to dispatchers or administrators.
