The Illinois Fire Service Institute (IFSI) presents Cardiovascular & Chemical Exposure Risk Considerations During Training, with research partners the UL Firefighter Safety Research Institute (FSRI), and National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), along with partners from Skidmore College. With funding support from the Department of Homeland Security’s Fire Prevention & Safety (FP&S) Grant program, along with additional support from the CDC Foundation and the National Toxicology Program and support from Globe, they conducted three studies as part of their Cardiovascular and Chemical Exposure Risk Project.
