Indianapolis Selects ESO Software Platform for Patient Care, Fire Incident Reporting

Integrated systems will improve data collection and drive better outcomes for community health and safety

April 26, 2018 – AUSTIN, TexasESO, the leading data and software company serving  fire departments, emergency medical services (EMS) and hospitals today announced its web-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Fire Incidents software platforms have been chosen by the Indianapolis Fire Department to collect and analyze data across the city’s 43 stations, as well as ensure compliance with reporting requirements for the National Emergency Medical Services Information System (NEMSIS) and the National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS).

Indianapolis Fire Department will implement EHR and Fire Incidents over the next few months, with the intention of going live this summer.
