BELLINGHAM, WA, (Nov. 26, 2019) - Emergency Reporting® (ER), the global leader in cloud-based reporting and records management software for Fire and EMS agencies, has appointed Lance Clark, founder and CEO of Ident Solutions, to its board of directors.
ER’s mission is to empower first responders worldwide with fast and easy-to-use technology that provides the data they need to keep themselves and their communities safe. The addition of Clark to its board will allow ER to continue fulfilling this mission as it experiences a period of rapid growth.
Clark has more than 20 years of experience in sales management, corporate ops, software technology, business information systems, and the public safety sector. He joined Spillman Technologies as a field sales rep in 1997 and in less than 10 years worked his way up the ranks and was appointed company president in 2006, then CEO in 2008. In 2014, Clark was named CEO of the Year by Utah Business magazine. Most recently, Clark decided to apply his collective experience as one of the founders of Ident Solutions. Ident Solutions brings to market software solutions that help build safer and more secure facilities.
“I am excited to join Emergency Reporting’s board, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with and contribute to a team that works tirelessly to improve the lives of first responders around the world,” Clark says.
“We are thrilled to have Lance, an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in software and public safety sectors, join our board of directors,” said David Nokes, Chief Executive Officer of Emergency Reporting. “We are confident that he will add great value to our board and that Emergency Reporting will benefit from his insights, judgment, and counsel.”
