A Pennsauken, N.J. woman who parked her car in front fire of a fire hydrant, had her windows broken out and fire hose run through the car, said she would do it again. Yasmine Rivera told Fox 29 that she parked in front of the hydrant because there were no other closer parking spots and a strange man nearby made her uncomfortable.
