Firefighters in Buffalo were working two incidents this morning involving a two-alarm fire and an accident with a ladder truck and a school bus.
At around 7:00 a.m. Tuesday crews were dispatched to a dwelling fire on the 100 block of Goethe Street. The incident went two alarms before firefighters were able to bring it under control.
During the fire, a responding ladder truck collided with a small school bus at the intersection of Goethe and East Lovejoy streets. There were no children on board the bus at the time of the crash, but a driver and an aide were both injured and required extrication. It is unknown how serious their injuries are.
