The San Antonio Fire Department is investigating an accident involving an unmanned apparatus that rolled a block and collided with a car, a telephone pole, a fence and a house.

A San Antonio fire apparatus without anyone in it rolled down a street and crashed into a home Sunday.

The crash happened near the department's Station 5, and firefighters said they had parked the apparatus when it began rolling away, KSAT-TV reports. The unmanned vehicle traveled a block before colliding with a car and a telephone pole and eventually crashing through a fence and smashing into a home.

It's not clear if anyone was injured in the incident. What caused the apparatus to roll away is under investigation by the department, according to KSAT.
