The Sevierville Fire Department has taken delivery of two custom-built KME rearmount pumpers on a KME Severe Service chassis.
The rearmount units are powered by a Cummins 450-HP engine, an Allison 3000 EVS transmission, and a Steertek NXT front axle.
The rig has a Waterous 1,500-GPM pump, a 750-gallon water tank. There is a Waterous Aquis 3.0 Foam System with a 30-gallon foam tank.
