EMMITSBURG, MD – The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF) is pleased to announce the appointment of King Butler, CPCU®, CLU®, Vice President of Operations for State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in Duluth, GA, to the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Butler joined State Farm in 1993 and has held numerous positions throughout his career including roles in Public Affairs, Finance, Claims, and Underwriting. His current responsibilities include oversight for the processing of all automobile applications and policy transactions throughout the country.
Mr. Butler obtained his bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University, and an MPA from Auburn University. He earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter® (CPCU) designation in 2002 and the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU) designation in 2015. Mr. Butler is a past Board member of the McLean County Center for Human Services in Bloomington, IL, and the United Way of Greater Charlottesville in Charlottesville, VA.
