Safety Pad Experiences 120 Percent Growth in One Year
OPEN Incorporated, makers of the SafetyPAD Suite of software products, announced it witnessed a 120 percent customer growth since January 2014 with 98 percent of new clients selecting its SafetyPAD for Android solution.
The ePCR solutions provider revealed it experienced a significant uptick in hospital-based emergency ambulance services accounting for 25 percent of its new clients.
“Three years ago, our CTO identified the Android as a growth vehicle and our customer expansion in just one year has been incredible since the SafetyPAD for Android product release," said Scott Streicher, Chief Operating Officer for SafetyPAD. "In addition, we can attribute our customer retention with the launch of other new features in 2014 including our infectious disease screening and monitoring initiative that assists Fire and Emergency Medical Services identify potential infectious disease risks in our windows platform. SafetyPAD for Android has been the overwhelming choice for operating systems and it goes to show there’s a big push towards these low-cost, yet robust, tablet ePCR solutions.”
SafetyPAD is deployed at numerous high-performance Fire and EMS services, including the largest providers in six of the 15 top U.S. metro areas. With mobile, Android and enterprise-level offerings, the platform has the capacity to operate in a wide range of environments that empowers agencies to focus on the patient, not the paperwork.
“When we launched Android, agencies were acknowledging that the advantages were significant. In addition to our customer increase, we’re projecting at least 30 percent revenue growth in 2015 over 2014,” said Streicher.
