Baltimore Rescue Crews Pull Man from Water

Officials said the man is expected to survive.

Baltimore city paramedics are being praised Monday for saving a man's life after he fell into the water at Fells Point.

Emergency officials said the rescue occurred at about 10 a.m. Monday.

A witness told fire officials that a man was drinking a beverage and fell off the end of the Broadway Street pier.

Emergency crews worked with marine police officers to pull the man out of the water and then the paramedics went to work.

Officials said the man is expected to survive.
