Members of the congregation arrived at the church and watched it all unfold. Church members told NBC 5 that they just moved into the church in the past few months after holding services in garages and homes.

Church members said there is still plenty of hope that the church will carry on.

"I have faith in God. He'll take us -- lead us somewhere. We'll rebuild this as soon as we can. We have to rebuild it, it's our church. We have to take care of it," said church member John Gutierrez.

Arson investigators are trying to determine who and what started the fire.

Damage is estimated at $200,000.
