Public safety agencies are increasingly responding to “special operations” incidents such as clandestine drug labs, chemical suicides, Homemade Explosives (HME), marijuana grows and crimes involving chemicals.
Response operations at these current and emerging threats can expose responders to a wide range of hazards such as criminal elements and a multitude of chemical and explosive hazards. Session addresses recognition, identification and response issues that first responders must manage prior to the arrival of those teams with specialized training and equipment.
