Suspect Arrested for Sparking CA Restaurant Fire

Authorities have arrested an individual caught on camera in the Pacoima section of Los Angeles who broke into a restaurant and started a fire. LAFD crews responded to a reported fire early Tuesday morning after the business owner saw an individual break in on their security system. 

While firefighters were operating, officers from LAPD arrived on scene with guns drawn but were unable to locate the suspect. Authorities reported the suspect used a rock and football to gain entry prior to starting the fire. Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire without incident.

Police were able to identify the individual near the incident location and place him under arrest.
