Tempest announced a recent decision to initiate directional changes which includes the welcoming back of former President and part owner, Leroy Coffman, as acting President for the company. This major change is one of a few which Tempest knows will carry on the momentum of success the company has seen.
Leroy is a veteran business member of the fire industry and served as Tempest’s acting President in 2012 and nearly ten years prior. He comes back to the company once again as the business works to finalize executive team restructuring. Leroy Coffman, son of Tempest founder Dexter Coffman, has played an integral part of Tempest’s past accomplishments including the launch and success of the company’s signature Power Blower™, VentMaster® and MVU® lines. He will now play a role once again in the company’s future successes.
This development is part of a collection which Tempest has initiated over the past year in the effort to further the company’s standing as the leader in the development of ventilation equipment within the fire industry.
