    Casualty Care Rescue Randy from Nasco Healthcare is a full-body manikin with articulated joints and weight distribution to mimic the human anatomy. It is uniquely designed for enhanced, realistic simulation on treating the three most preventable causes of death: Massive Bleeding, Tension Pneumothorax and Airway Obstruction.

    Meets all Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training criteria for military service members and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) for EMS, EMT and law enforcement. Holds up to 4 liters of blood with a pumping system and regulator that simulates human blood flow and allows 3 wounds to bleed at the same time.
