The accident happened at 5:10 pm, on U.S. 67 and CR 414.
The driver of the car was airlifted by Careflite to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas.
Keene, Texas Volunteer Fire Department, Ambulance and Police responded as well as Careflite Ground Ambulance.
