MA Crews Rescue Homeless Man in Structure Collapse

Boston firefighters worked to remove a homeless man who became trapped after a partial collapse inside the structure where he was sheltering.

A homeless man needed to be rescued in Boston after the building he sought refuge in collapsed under him.

Firefighters located the man in an abandoned building that had partially collapsed and had failing support systems in Roxbury on Wednesday afternoon.

Multiple fire companies were able to carefully assess and package the man before using a hand ladder to safely remove him from the structure.
