Plymovent has released an information card titled "The Dangers of Diesel Exhaust." The graphic explains why it is important for firefighters to "hook up the hose" to remove the exhaust from stations.
Plymovent reports that NIOSH says there is no safe level of exposure to a carcinogen and, therefore, a reduction of worker exposure to chemical carcinogens is the primary way to prevent occupational cancer.
