This certification comes after Maggie Rossman-Roach succeeded her father, Edward J. Rossman, as President of the family-owned company in August 2018. In addition to Ms. Rossman-Roach, the company’s woman-owned management team includes Irma Rossman and Jennifer Rossman.

The process is rigorous and includes a comprehensive review of the business to confirm it is woman-owned, operated and controlled.
