MT Pro Software can be used stand alone and is a user-friendly fleet management tool that captures important fueling transaction data whether on or off-site.  MT Pro, developed by the MegaTrak Fuel Management and Accounting System team, is easy to navigate and compatible with all Windows versions, using powerful SQL server databases for infinite sort and filter; with no limit to sites, departments, drivers or vehicles.  The Home screen displays date, time, site, fuel type, tank, pump, employee ID, odometer reading, the amount of fuel pumped, miles per gallon and at what price.   MT Pro also includes a basic preventative maintenance program that allows the set-up of specific maintenance, assigns work orders and allows for invoicing.  Personnel information can also be added.  MT Pro can be networked and interfaces with all third party software.  A hardware unit that captures “fueling” at the pump can be phased in as budget parameters allow.
