    THE CITY OF BURLINGTON, NJ, FIRE DEPARTMENT, Mitchell Volunteer Fire Company 3, has placed in service a Ferrara Ember pumper outfitted with a 400-hp Cummins ISL engine, Hale Qmax 200-23L pump, 550-gallon UPF Poly-Tank IIE tank, Cummins Pump Boss pressure governor, Fire Research quartz lights, ROM shutters, 10-kilowatt Harrison generator and Hannay electric reel. Indicate 2XX on the Reader Service Card.
