(Lake In The Hills, IL) -- JHB Group, Inc. is getting ready to launch a new Overland Response Series for public safety agencies that will feature the first Overland Response Trailer, called the Badger. JHB Group has already started production on its new Command Hauler as part of the Overland Response Series, with the Badger serving a different response need. The Badger is aimed at improving the capabilities of police, fire, and emergency management agencies in different environments with a versatile command trailer that is designed to take challenges head-on and give public safety agencies a compact and rugged response vehicle with an advanced power system, communications and network capabilities, scene lighting, rehab functionality, and added versatility for different mission profiles including incident command, wildland, disaster response, quick reaction forces, drone operations, and more.
A buzz is echoing throughout the industry with this new Overland Response Trailer, and JHB Group is getting support from industry leaders including Michelin Tires, Tecniq, Peplink, sPOD, Overland Vehicle Systems, Hypha, and GoPower. "The response from the industry has been overwhelming. The support from these industry leaders has really helped shape the Badger into one of the most versatile and rugged emergency response vehicles ever built," said JHB Group CEO Chris Gantz. Gantz noted that the new Overland Response Trailer was named after the Badger animal because they wanted something that represented a small size but was fiercely brave in every way.
The Badger Overland Response Trailer will be released at 4:05 p.m. on August 16, 2023, at Fire Rescue International (FRI) in Kansas City, MO. Industry professionals, stakeholders, and public safety enthusiasts are welcome to come check out the Badger firsthand during the conference.
