Ambulance Crash in West Seneca, NY, Leaves EMTs, Patient Hurt

The patient and an EMT were pinned in the ambulance after it rolled onto its side.

An ambulance rollover crash Tuesday left two EMTs and a patient injured in West Senaca.

One EMT and the patient were trapped after the ambulance rolled and landed on its side while exiting Route 219 onto Ridge Road, WGRZ reported.

The extent of the injuries was not released. 

One of the ambulances that responded to the crash scene got stuck in the mud.

The rig that crashed was headed from North Collins to Mercy Hospital when the crash occurred. There was no information about what department or service the ambulance was associated with.
