SVI Trucks will soon be completing this Plano, TX, Fire-Rescue Walk-In Hazmat, built on a Metro Star chassis with 24-inch raised roof. Featuring dual Power Gear slideouts, this unit features 130 sq. ft. of usable interior space behind the cab command center, in addition to a 11-foot-long rear galley, bringing the overall length to 38 ft.-6½ in. Each slideout accommodates a full-width squad bench with dual recessed-mounted SCBA air pack brackets. The galley is equipped with a Norcold refrigerator, powder-coated cabinets and Austin front drawer release slide-out drawers. Select exterior compartments feature Shelf-Trac mounting and OnScene Solutions’ Access LED lighting. SVI Trucks anticipates December completion.
