Ferrara Fire Apparatus built this pumper/tanker for the Sandwich Fire Department, featuring a Cinder cab and a low hosebed design.

The Sandwich, MA, Fire Department took delivery of this pumper/tanker built by Ferrara Fire Apparatus. 

The rig features a 96-inch wide Ferrara Cinder XMFD cab with an 8-inch raised roof. 

The body includes a low hosebed design, Amdor roll-up compartment doors and full-height body compartments.

It is equipped with a 1,500-gpm Waterous pump, 1,000-gallon water tank 

Power comes from a 450-hp Cummins L9 engine paired with an Allison 3000 EVS transmission.

Warning equipment includes a Federal Signal emergency lighting package and Federal Signal Q2B siren. It also has backlit aluminum handrails, and FireTech and FRC scene lighting package.
