NY Department Creates Website to Schedule Firefighter Visits, Station Tours
Syracuse, NY- The Syracuse Fire Department would like to announce the launch of a new page on the City of Syracuse website Syr.gov, that will allow citizens to schedule fire station tours, fire fighter visits, and community events.

The new page provides information on what types of requests can be made and provides contact information for those wishing to inquire further about services offered.
Fire station tours, requests for firefighters to visit schools, and requests for firefighters to attend community events or parades are all now able to be scheduled via the web page.
The creation and launch of this page will streamline the process for scheduling these types of events and will help to enhance the ability of the Syracuse Fire Prevention Bureau to continue to provide high quality public outreach and fire safety education.
