Arson is suspected in a two-alarm fire that displaced more than a dozen people in a WA apartment building.
After reviewing surveillance video and interviewing witnesses, investigators determined the cause of the fire was likely arson, according to the Lynnwood Police Department.
King5 reported South County Fire found more than a car on fire when they arrived. It had spread to a structure. They requested a second-alarm for extra manpower.
