OPEN Incorporated, makers of the SafetyPAD® suite of technology products for Emergency Medical Services, announced the promotion of two key leadership members.
Scott Streicher now holds the title of Chief Operations Officer after nearly six years with the company, and Josh Austin was elevated to Chief Technology Officer.
Streicher has had a long career as a business leader focused on implementing operations and financial control systems. Streicher has held a top position with a Fortune 500 company and worked as a business owner and consultant for several successful operations, stepping into the public safety sector in 1999.
Streicher will oversee company day-to-day operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources in addition to heading the development of the organization’s strategic goals to advance the company's mission.

Austin has been with OPEN incorporated for more than five years and has more than 20 years of business technology experience. Specializing in advanced information systems management, he has held positions in a variety of industries including defense contracting, telecommunications and commercial software development.
Austin will be responsible for overseeing all of the company’s information technology related functions. This includes infrastructure and information security as well as strategic direction over product development.
