DETROIT

A Detroit fire truck racing to a blaze at a commercial building on Detroit's west side slammed into a vehicle Wednesday afternoon.
The truck collided with the car on Buchanan Road and 14 Street.
The vehicle was totaled and the woman inside was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
None of the firefighters were injured.
