VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. --
A Volusia County fire lieutenant was arrested Tuesday on charges of receiving and possessing child pornography, according to a federal indictment.
Steven Bussard, 30, of Sanford, was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials at Station 31 in Orange City, according to a Volusia County spokesman.
Bussard has been with Volusia County Fire Services since 2000.
The firefighter, who is married, will be suspended without pay, the county spokesman said.
The child pornography was not on a county computer and it was not downloaded at the fire station, the spokesman said.
