Philadelphia Firefighters Contain City Hall Fire

Nearly 400 people were evacuated from the building and may not be allowed to return today.

A small fire has been contained at Philadelphia's City Hall, but it caused a major traffic headache in Center City.

The fire was inside a second story stairwell. Some water damage was reported to the historic structure.

Also, nearly 400 people were evacuated from the building and may not be allowed to return today.

The aftermath of the fire has closed off the blocks surrounding City Hall for several hours..
