Augusta fire crews responded to a fire late Wednesday that displaced 15 residents.
On arrival, firefighters found heavy fire showing from Building M at the Azalea Park Apartments complex, Augusta Fire Department said in tweet.
Crews used handlines and an aerial tower to control the flames as they broke through the roof causing heavy damage to the building.
All occupants were able to make it out safely and were being assisted by the Red Cross.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
