A Dublin woman and two teenagers were killed when their Ford Focus overcorrected and collided with a cement truck in Delaware County.

DELAWARE COUNTY, OH—A car collided head-on with a cement truck on a highway in central Ohio, killing a woman, her teen son and another teen, reports say.

Juan Perez Jijon, 15, and Francisco Cipriano, 14, died in the crash Saturday on Ohio 315 in Liberty Township, WCMH Channel 4 reports. Cipriano’s mother, Adela J. Garcia-Guijon, 34, also was killed. Jijon and Cipriano were students at Dublin Coffman High School in Dublin, Ohio.

The State Highway Patrol tells WBNS Channel 10 that Garcia-Guijon was driving a Ford Focus north on Ohio 315 at about 1:30 p.m. when it went off the right side of the road, catching the edge. The Focus over-corrected and went left of center, hitting the cement truck head-on.

Garcia-Guijon and Cipriano both were pronounced dead at the scene, while Jijon died at a hospital. The driver of the cement truck had minor injuries. Everyone involved was wearing a seatbelt.

A dash camera on the cement truck recorded the crash, WBNS reports. It remains under investigation, but alcohol is not suspected to be a factor, ABC 6 reports.
