Two Murfreesboro firefighters were pinned by derbis after a wall collapsed during a fire at a storage facility early Sunday.
The Murfreesboro Fire Rescue Department were called to Ideal Storage on Seals Way around 4:30 a.m. and found half of the building engulfed in flames. Firefighters began a defensive attack when they arrived.
During the blaze, a cinder block wall collapsed outward and landed on two firefighters, according to release from the fire department.
The crew from Ladder 1, along with a Murfreesboro police officer, pulled the firefighters from the fallen debris.
One firefighter suffered minor injuries.
Eight fire companies and three chiefs responded to the fire, which destroyed the building and several vehicles.
